Women4Cyber Foundation: is a private non-profit European private foundation with the objective to promote, encourage and support the participation of women in the field of cybersecurity.

Women4Cyber is a non-profit aiming to connect female cyber talent to companies to close the workforce gap through various initiatives. We bring awareness to the community, facilitate education and mentorship and create pathways that connect women in cyber with organisations.

At Women4Cyber, we are committed to closing the cybersecurity skills gap by promoting the field to women, half of the population. With Europe currently facing a shortfall of 274,000 cybersecurity professionals, our mission is more urgent than ever.
