The Women’s Media Center (WMC) is a U.S. 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 2005 by Jane Fonda, Robin Morgan, and Gloria Steinem. Its mission is to ensure women are powerfully and visibly represented in the media and to diversify media content and sources so that women’s stories and perspectives are accurately portrayed.
